Who Are My 3 OBs ?

My 3 OBs was created by three board-certified OB/GYNs who are not only doctors, but also moms and lifelong friends. We met during medical training and bonded over a shared passion for caring for women through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

As physicians, we’ve cared for thousands of patients. As mothers, we’ve each experienced the highs and lows of pregnancy ourselves. That combination allows us to provide education that’s medically sound, deeply relatable, and filled with the guidance we don’t always have time to cover in the office or hospital.

Molly Gilbert, MD FACOG

Dr. Molly is a board-certified OB/GYN, wife and mom of three strong-willed, sassy daughters. She knows firsthand how overwhelming pregnancy and postpartum can feel, which is why she is passionate about helping women feel informed, confident, and supported every step of the way.

She completed her medical training at the University of South Dakota and her OB/GYN residency at Banner-University Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. She works as a full-spectrum OB/GYN in a busy practice, caring for women through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and beyond. She brings that real-world experience into practical, reassuring, judgment-free education for moms everywhere.

Heather Madden, MD FACOG

Dr. Heather is a board-certified OB/GYN and proud mom of three adventurous kids (two boys and one girl) with another baby on the way! Her experiences as both a physician and a mother shape her compassionate, practical approach to pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum journey. She has a deep passion for women’s health, patient education, and empowering women with knowledge they can trust. She believes that informed patients make confident decisions and that education should extend far beyond the walls of the doctor’s office.

She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame (Go Irish!), attended medical school at the Medical College of Wisconsin, and then completed her OB/GYN residency at Banner - University Medical Center Phoenix. Following residency, Dr. Heather worked in private practice as an OB/GYN and now practices in the hospital as an OB/GYN hospitalist (laborist), caring for patients during labor and delivery and managing urgent obstetric situations.

When she’s not working at the hospital or creating educational content for My 3 OBs, Dr. Heather loves spending time with her amazing husband and children, usually chasing after her kids and soaking up time together, ideally on a beach.

Angie DeGrio, MD FACOG

Dr. Angie began her medical journey at the University of Minnesota Medical School. Following graduation, she completed residency in OB/GYN at Banner-University Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Angie believes every woman should feel both educated and empowered during her pregnancy journey, and she dedicates herself to providing the knowledge and support to help achieve this. As a board-certified provider, she currently practices full-spectrum OB/GYN care in a rural clinic & hospital, where patient-connections and every-day life intertwine in a unique and beautiful way.

She finds solace and passion from her family, a loving husband, adventurous daughter and two lazy dogs.
